WHAT PROGRAM DO YOU USE TO DETECT PLAGIARISM?
We use two pieces of specialized software to detect if all the information in the paper is sourced properly. One is publicly available, and the other is special-made for use by our company. We do not use Turnitin, since it saves everything that is submitted to it and flags it as plagiarism on second input.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY PAPER FROM PLAGIARISM?
If you’re talking about the paper you ordered from us, we can provide the plagiarism report at your request. If you’d like to check another paper, we provide a plagiarism check as a separate service.
DO YOU USE PRE-WRITTEN PAPERS?
We do not use any part of a previously written paper in a new order. The writer working on your paper deletes it after sending it to you, and has no means to recover it. We’re very serious about sending original papers every time. If the paper you receive is not fully original, you will receive a full refund.
CAN I PAY AFTER LOOKING AT MY PAPER?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow customers to pay after the paper has been written. We have to protect ourselves against scammers, and this is one of the ways we do it.
CAN I PAY FOR A PERFECT GRADE?
We do not guarantee grades to our clients. What we do guarantee, however, is a high-quality paper and your satisfaction with it. Grades are subjective, but high-quality writing usually translates into high grades.

CAN I UPLOAD FILES FOR THE WRITER?
Yes! When you’re inputting the information for your order, you will have the chance to upload any file under 20 Mb, if you think it will be useful for the writer. Usually this feature is used to upload class notes.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PAPER?
Your paper will arrive in the inbox in your account page, and you will be notified of it by email.
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY PAPER?
When you’ve received your finished paper, you will have the ability to preview it in .jpeg format. If you’ve realized that not everything has been done the way you requested in your instructions, you can press the ‘request revision’ button. If everything has been done correctly, press ‘finalize order’ and you’ll be issued a download link for your paper in .docx format. Additional formats available upon request.
